They are thief by all means
I can’t trust this company at all. It seems all their agents are professional trained to lie and mislead customers. Although Air Canada granted me a credit (due to cancellation) which I can use for any flight but this guys did their best not to make this happen. They used dozens of nonsense excuses, kept me for hours and hours on hold with no answer just to ensure i will give up on my logical request.

You get what you paid for! How true this is for CheapOAir. You will get a very good price for a flight – but that is it. Everything else you would expect or would consider ‘standard’ does not exist or is so poor that you wish you would have spent a bit more and get an overall decent deal.

Rip Off with CheapOAir!
I would never use this company again! Don’t even think about it!!!!!! Booked a flight for my first trip ever to Vegas. Coronavirus hit. Couldn’t travel. Wanted to rebook a flight to travel in August with the funds I previously spent with them and they would not honor my previous ticket which was valued at $278.94. They wouldn’t help me and Frontier said it was a NO SHOW. Don’t bother using this company; #1…go directly to the airline websites yourself. #2 …don’t use a company that doesn’t help you out during a time like this! It’s unthinkable. Learning lesson on my end at the cost of $278.94! Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Many communication challenges, cost not as advertised, booked a different flight as discussed and agreed to, etc. Very long list of just frustrating dealings with CheapOAir. After my flight cancellation (cancelled by the airline), I am still waiting for my money (minus ~ $600 for CheapOAir fees ….. yikeees, yes!). As expected, no response from their billing department …. Do yourself a favor and pick a different company and save yourself a lot of frustration and in the end money as well.
