Return Policy

Orders within ten days of carrier delivery

The company always ensures the customer’s satisfaction. Tomatoink offers a FREE return for orders that are placed with the standard shipping of $3.99 option and within ten days of delivery depending on the carrier’s tracking info. 

For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you should contact the company for a refund.

• Then you have to wait for your return label to respond to you through an email. This whole process will take 1-2 working days.
• Now you have to print your label and write the RMA number legibly on the provided label. Then use it to send the order back.
• Once the returned package is received and processed, the refund will be sent to the same process of payment as your original order. 
• Order must be returned to the company within thirty (30) days of setting up a return.

If you request a return after ten days of delivery, all the shipping costs regarding the placement of the order will be non-refundable. 

Damaged/defective items

How to return Cartridges:

For some reason, you are not satisfied with your cartridge and you want to return them then the company will accept them back if they are not used, open, and in resellable condition. Tomatoink has two options for non-damaged returns:

• Refund – With 15 percent Restocking charges
• Store Credit – NO restocking charges

Remember that the shipping cost of an order is non-refundable for both defective or non-defective items. If the order was placed with free shipping and now you want to return it, the company will deduct $4.95 from your refund.
