Not happy with service
I placed an order for an in stock fire arm, filled out all the paperwork for the FFL. Two weeks after the order had been place they had not processed the order nor had they communicated with me. I decided to cancel my order.

Wheelchair accessible and has everything
They are wheelchair accessible, something not all stores have unfortunately. My father loves to come with me to shop for ammo and gear BUT he’s in a wheelchair so this makes it a bit more pleasant for him.

Could have a better overall selection
Not the selection I would have wanted. Maybe this is a good place for beginners but “advanced users” will not find everything here. Their prices are so and so, some items being priced correctly and others overpriced.

The prices keep going up
Their prices have gone up considerably since the pandemic started. For newer customers nothing might look shady from the outside but for people who used to shop here, this is unacceptable. Too bad, I liked shopping here.

The staff actually wears the masks correctly!
Masks are required here and the staff is actually wearing them (not like in other stores) and wearing them correctly. It’s nice to see companies that respect their employees and customers.

A great place to shop for any gun related stuff
The front desk ladies are always very friendly and it’s a pleasure to go and shop here. And they do have pretty much everything I may need so it’s a 5 star for me.
