Could be better if they paid attention to complaints
I hate that they don’t do anything about those people that work on their customer support that are just rude to people. I mean, how many times do I have to deal with a rude employee of yours, N26? Come on. I’ve been sending you emails for the past 5 months about 2 people that don’t belong in this position and nothing has been done. What a shame they’re making people lose trust in the company.

Time wasters
I wish they’d make things simpler when you want to open an account or when there are problems with the account. Sometimes you need to waste hours to solve something simple and you might lose patience with them.

Got my account closed at N26 for no reason
I’ve heard about people having their accounts closed for no particular reason but I never thought this would happen to me. Well, it did. Trying to get them to fix this and see why they did this. It’s very hard when their reps keep sending robotic replies instead of looking into this and seeing what is happening. Very disappointed.

SEPA transfers take more than 1 day
Tried to make a SEPA transfer and it should have been made within 24 hours from what I can tell. It actually took 70 hours. I don’t understand why and I can’t get them on the line to see what has happened. Their customer support is usually ok and responsive but not this time.

Good bank
A decent option, with lots of ATMs, many features that are helpful like budgeting or earning cashbacks when you use a N26 debit card. Some is standard stuff but they do have some cool options as well.

A good online bank
There are a lot of N26 reviews online, some good and some bad. What is weird is that the bad ones are really bad. I mean, it’s people that talk about support staff that doesn’t help or hang up on them! I never had this happen. I’ve actually had a good report with N26 until now. Whenever I needed help I would call them and they would help. Not saying they are perfect, they aren’t, but they are doing a decent job I think.

Problems with the N26 app
Having problems with their application at the moment. Everything was working fine for the past months but then something happened and now I get disconnected a lot and can’t transfer money unless I use their web version. I hope this is fixed soon.

N26's budgeting features are very good
What I like most about N26 is their budgeting features. I can see my purchases by category and also add money into different sub-accounts so things stay nice and organized. For a geek like me, this is perfect 🙂

Been a client of N26 for some time and I have never had much problems with them. Whenever something did happen I would usually call customer support and they would help fix it.

N26 is an aweseom free online bank!
Another great free solution for starting entrepreneurs! N26 allows you to create smart spaces which can help you set aside tax payments and such, making your administration a lot easier. Also, N26 is one of the few online banking that does not charge extra fees for direct bank transfers, so making payment is a lot cheaper with N26!
